Built from our own frustration
We did not need another streak. We needed German to fit into what we already watched.
We both came to Germany from abroad and ran into the same problem: language apps helped us begin, but keeping up with repetitive lessons became boring. Then we would open real German media and still feel behind.
YouTube had the content we actually wanted to watch. Its feed just had no idea we were learning German. During the MM startup program, we built LAD (Learning All Day), a Chrome extension that turns that existing habit into a German-first learning environment.
